Steve Zibas
Coach Zibas grew up in Hendersonville, Tennessee, where he graduated from Montgomery Bell Academy High School. He went on to run Cross Country and Track for Auburn University from 1988-1991. He graduated from Auburn with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and went on to receive a Masters from Tennessee Tech University. He started coaching for JPII in 2014 and was joined by Coach Boyer in 2015. Under their leadership, the Cross Country teams have had several State Championships and Runner-Ups, with the Boys team earning State Runner-Ups from 2015-2018 and State Champions from 2019 to present. The Girls team was State Runner-Ups from 2018-2019 and 4th in 2020.
