Sonja Pollard
Volleyball crosses generations with Sonja Pollard's family! She played at the varsity level for 4 years in high school and was a part of the Junior Olympic volleyball team in the 11th & 12th grade years. Pollard received a volleyball scholarship to Martin Methodist College in Tennessee. Shortly after college, she joined an adult league with HVBA locally. Coach Pollard coached the JPII Middle School teams in 2022-2023 and led them to a 2nd place finish at the Madison County Middle School Tournament. She also coaches club volleyball at United Volleyball Club and is certified through USA Volleyball. Coach Pollard is hopeful to contribute to the continued growth of the sport of volleyball and lead JPII's program as a whole to many victories!
