Kemper has been a consistent presence in the secondary for the Falcons through the first half of the season. This past Friday against a tough area opponent in Randolph, Kemper had eleven total tackles with nine solo. His willingness to step up and make a play for the defense will undoubtedly pay dividends for the remainder of the season as they face off against a number of high-powered offenses after the bye week.
